Location
Saxmundham is a small market town in the centre of East Suffolk, located halfway between Ipswich and Lowestoft. It is set in the valley of the River Fromus and is five miles inland from the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Our ground is at Carlton Park on the northern outskirts of Saxmundham. Carlton Park covers 27 acres, is designated as historic parkland and has some attractive views across rolling Suffolk countryside. Carlton Park is also the location of a camping and caravan site, a bowls green, football pitches, tennis courts, a running club and an adventure playground for young children.

It should be noted that in 2007 the entrance to Carlton Park was moved about 100 metres to the south, not all mapping services reflect this change yet. Obviously feel free to use the mapping service of your choice and search for the postcode IP17 1AT. If you still are unsure of our location, use a mapping service that offers a satellite view, look just to the north of Saxmundham, zoom in and the cricket pitch will become obvious.
